We had a great stay here. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were in excellent condition. We appreciated the free parking and easy access to transportation. The hotel's location was perfect, and breakfast was delicious.

Great Easter Experience! Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Concepcion. the breakfast buffet was amazing, with fresh fruit and pastries, and even a special chocolate fountain just for the holiday! the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shops, and only a short walk to the beach. the pool area was my favorite spot, with comfortable chairs and a bar service for drinks. a great vacation experience!
Not the cleanest the hotel lacked cleanliness in some areas, specifically the bathroom. There were stains on the tiles and the shower curtain had some mold.

During my Xmas stay, two things stood out: the Christmas decorations were beautiful and that the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and restaurants. I appreciated the on-site restaurant as it offered delicious meals for a fair price.
My experience quickly took a turn for the worst. The room was not clean, the amenities were lacking, and, worst of all, I had to endure multiple water outages during my stay.

The location was very convenient for exploring the surrounding area and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good range of amenities including fresh towels and shower gel. the breakfast was also a highlight - a delicious selection of local and international options to start the day. a great experience.
The noise levels from the street outside were quite high at times, which could be disruptive for light sleepers.
